“The Guest Room”
Located in the main part of The Cottage, comprising double bed, fitted wardrobes, table and chair,freeview digital TV, , radio alarm.
Shared facilities with bath and power shower.
Use of private guest lounge and access to kitchen.
All guests have use of outside patio seating areas, BBQ and garden. Off road secure parking.
B & B Guests are served breakfast [full english] in the conservatory of the main house but with prior notice breakfast can be provided in the room[Continental style only].
Rates**:
“The Guest Room” – from £30 single or £50 double occupancy per night including breakfast
** Standard tariff not applicable for Christmas, Easter and F1 Grand Prix week. POA for these dates.
Additional facilities – washing machine, tumble dryer, internet, fax, copier. Use by arrangement.
Children welcome.
Small or medium sized dogs welcome.
Unfortunately our facilities are not suitable for wheelchairs.
Our premises are regularly inspected and fully approved by Quality in Tourism, South Northants District Council and Northamptonshire Fire Service.
